Led the development of an innovative iBuyer real estate platform designed to streamline the home selling process. This end-to-end digital solution allowed homeowners to receive instant cash offers and manage transactions online. Championed the product from inception through MVP deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a responsive web application and mobile experience. Preoperative Surgery Planning
Led the successful delivery of a $1.2M global medical device project for a major medical implant manufacturer, focused on developing a Virtual Implant Planning (VIP) SaaS. This cross-functional initiative enabled surgeons to import CT scans and interact with 3D anatomical models to plan implant placement with precision. Primary liaison between clinical and regulatory stakeholders and several virtual engineering teams. Responsible for driving CMS architectures to enable centralized, scalable omnichannel content delivery across web, mobile, and immersive interfaces. Pediatric Surgery Prep META App
Led the development of a VR experience to ease preoperative anxiety in pediatric patients, in partnership with a medical doctor. Managed end-to-end delivery using Agile, design thinking, and rapid prototyping. Collaborated with medical experts, offshore developers, and designers to ensure the experience was medically accurate, age-appropriate, and emotionally supportive.
